Glucose level
My glucose level is 102 mg/dl, should i worry? how often or easily do this levels vary, will it be worse with time or can it get better?

It's in prediabetic range. You can bring it back to normal with diet, exercise and weight control. But with advancing age it is likely to go up. For now u need not worry about the levels. But as and when u plan to conceive you must bring down the sugar levels to normal. Even mild hyperglycemia is harmful during pregnancy
