Glucose drink
I tend to drink glucose water 3 or 4 times a day. Is that okay? Should I reduce it because the increased sugar levels might be bad? Any side effects of drinking glucose water more than once?

Get your HbA1c done. If it is normal you can take glucose in moderation. Excess glucose & carbohydrates will cause weight gain. Be careful if you have family history of diabetes or obesity.

As long as you are healthy, there should be no harm. If you are diabetic or trying to lose weight, then it might not be a good idea.
