Glaucoma in right eye
Had glaucoma since a year and vision loss and optic nerve is damaged. Now there are new blood vessels in the retina. The doctor has suggested anti vegf injection and I've got one but pressure didn't decrease so now the doctor has suggested CPC diode laser. What are the risks involved? Does it affect the cosmetic look ?

Cyclophotocoagulation will result in decrease of aqueous production in your eyes and your eye presuure will decrease. However there can be mild pain after the procedure and mild inflammation which gets relieved with medications There is no cosmetic risk
