A month back his eye sight has been checked after dilation process and glasses prescription was given as right eye(sph: +0.5, cyl: +0.5, axis: 150, va: 6/6-) and left eye as(sph: +0.50, cyl: +0.50, axis: 30, VA: 6/6). My concern is does he need glasses for this sight ? What should I do. If I leave it are they chances for my 4 year old son be worst.

I would suggest dont get him spectacles if he can see and do everything in a normal way. Its just a small power. Get his eyes examined after a year.
