Please consult a doctor who can see your wound. It becomes difficult to assess a wound when it is being described by a non medico.

You surely need to consult a doctor. If you are 100%sure there are no glass pieces inside you can do online consultation otherwise you should visit a doctor in person for physical examination and then medication

It needs physical examination to assess the wound. Better to get it checked by any general surgeon . Also get yourself checked for blood sugar for non healing wound.
