Gland swelling in the throat. Unable to drink or eat. Severe pain. Please suggest remedy. Thank you. Have taken 3-4 zerodol tablet since yesterday.

Kindly share a picture of your throat for exact diagnosis, most common reason begin tonsillitis and phyringitis. But at ur age few other reason can be there are u a smoker or alocoholic If infection is there a good antibiotics with gargling will help

It could be pharyngitis or covid Consider getting RtPCR done. Any history of Fever? Throat irritation? Need to start on:- Oral antibiotics Tab. Brufen Monte fx Betadine gargle Take steam inhalation Luke warm water gargel
