I m 23 years old vegetarian... Give me some diet tips to burn belly fat and arm fat.. But I have some health issues lik serious hair fall and he'll cracks so I need regular tips to burn belly fat without losing health... And suggest me how many hours I should walk in the daily bases to lose belly fat
