Gingivitis, gum problem
She is suffering since 4 months and there is problem in consuming food. During brushing she gets little bleeding in gum area.

As per age their may be weakness in gums or may be some bone resorption so it's better to consent a dentist and take full mouth x-ray for confirmation ... Along with this you can gargle with warm salt water.. For a week..
Next Steps
wait and watch if it doesn't stop then visit ma clinic for further evaluation..
