Giddiness when walking
Giddiness when I walk I have hearing loss from last 8 years All the MRI and CT scans are normal. Neck x ray also normal. Iam using hearing aid for 80db range in left ear but it is not working properly as I can not listen with one ear at all.. Please help me if i buy new hearing aid will the problem be solved. Giddiness comes and stays from 2 weeks after taking vertin and some other tablets it will.go but after few months again it wil.comeback. Bp and sugar also normal. Please help me what to do any excercises will help me.

Hi! Giddiness may be due to ear related issue or neurological, as you have associated hearing loss that denotes your problem is ear related. You have to visit a ENT specialist (neurotologist to be specific ) for a detailed ear and vestibular assessment for proper diagnosis.
