Giddiness and vertigo
Hello, upon laying down, closing my eyes and breathing in and out, there is sudden tight contraction happens somewhere in middle part of brain or ears and that results in giddiness inside my head, like a drop fall feeling vertigo, this cycle continues for several minutes then eventually settles down but again happen on turning sides. I suffer from BPPV but ENT says its not related to that. Upon opening my eyes, everything seems fine.
