Yesterday when i got myself tested empty stomach gfr was 90 and creatinine 1. Today after breakfast gfr 82 and creatinine 1.08 kindly advise

Food especially non-vegetarian food can very very minimally affect creatinine level measurement which we use to calculate GFR.
GFR is not affected at all, but our calculations can be.
BUT in your case , more than food, variability in test results is due to minor lab variation which nobody can control.
