I have wisdom tooth pain. It's paining a lot and I am not able to bear the pain. Please suggest Something. Is there anything which can give instant pain relief

For immediate relief, you need to take a pain killer. Along with that, follow proper brushing in the wisdom tooth area along with other teeth too.
Kindly have your dental check up done at the earliest as some times wisdom tooth don't erupt in proper alignment. In such cases you may need to get them extracted.
Your dentist can suggest you about the same.
