My father has diabetes.. from pas 10 days he is having some digestion problem.. his stomach is tight and not feeling like eating anything... he is feeling very weak... also he has cough from past 10 days. Last night he has fever as well..

Anorexia can be because of Metformin which is the drug of choice for diabetes. For cough and fever he needs to be investigated with X Ray Chest and CBC
