Is it possible to get pregnant at 35 specially when one is having hypothyroidism, thalessemia minor and some underlying vitD deficiencies. What are the chances and risks associated?

Hypothyroidism and Vit D deficiency are manageable. Thalassemia minor is almost never transmitted to the baby. That leaves only one factor, your age. For that we do screening for foetal abnormalities. So you should go ahead and plan your pregnancy.
