Getting periods early
From the past 4 months i am getting periods early means for every 24 and 25 days.
Plzz tell me ..is it ok..
I have been using aurhair tablets since 6 months for my hair fall.
Is it ok..?

once in 28 days is fine but shorter cycle means your reserve is depleting and it also means your 2nd half is not well supported. increase protein content food to enhance the 2nd half and see if any hormone imbalance like thyroid or prolactin exist
