This is called as bursitis and occurs mostly due to hormonal imbalance. Is she suffering from pcod( poly cystic ovarian disease) ? Consult a gynec if that’s the case . Diode laser is the best treatment option available for such conditions. About 8 sessions given 1.5 months apart would give excellent results. Message me if you need any more details .
