My wife have thayroid problem at 20 age ..and medicinethyrox 25 continued..and geting fat day by day..what to do?

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello,            Thyroid unbalanced is very problematic but we can maintain by the help of modified diet. Due to Harmonal imbalance weight will be increases and also fat. So by the help of modified diet we can maintain.
