If you are involved in a profession exposed to lot of pollution then wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. But if you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily.

B. Cold compresses
C. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently

Looks like you have dry eyes. It is important to find the cause for it. Looking at your age , please avoid spending lot if time in front of screens like mobiles , iPad and laptops
