Getting cold everytime
Hello sir, Everytime whenever i sleep with my fan on during night I get cold. Firstly next day in the morning I fell irritation in my throat and till evening i get cold and followed by sometime fever or cough. Mostly i observe this pattern only. When it is extremely cold outside i didnt get cold.But any day i sleep with my fan on i get cold. Please help me out for this . And I can't sleep without my fan off sometimes due to certain reasons.

A fan is a trigger for the allergic rhinitis. As fan can lead to dryness in the body and hence lead to more soreness in the throat. You can use a humidifier in the room. Also you may need to first get yourself physically examined if not benefitted with humidifier and after that you might require allergy testing.
