Getting angry
Hello Doctor! Well, I have started becoming so short tempered lately! I overreact almost everytime but later after the incident I realize that I over reacted but then I can't control my anger at that point of time. And I feel like my surroundings are too noisy though it never used to bother me before. I show anger on my mum who is very important for me and I love her. I know I am hurting her but the anger is uncontrollable. Have never been this wild till now! I need a help

This looks like a Anger and guilt loop. We tend to express unhealthy anger then feel guilty about it and then repeat it again. Healthy anger is Healthy negative emotion and is required to be assertive. Probably what you are doing is being passive for long and then suddenly get aggressive. A proper treatment plan and action plan can help you with strategies to manage your anger.
Next Steps
Sublimate your anger by using assertive skill but it's easier said then done. So take a support of Psychologist online offline.
