Get tired easily
From past few months,iam suffering from stomach issues like acidity, vomiting like feeling,heaviness and dryness in eyes...iam not able to sleep well..y diet consist of simple.breakfast,2 chapattis during lunch and tea 2 times a day...and dinner consisting of 2 chapattis at dinner...I didn't exercise or workout from past 6-7 months due to pandemic as I was scared to go out...few days back I resumed exercise...iam having zero stamina ...I get tired easily,and my stomach starts gurgling,feeling like vomiting sometimes during  exercise...my weight is 49.25 kgs...but iam feeling heaviness in body...I can't even get up without support...I get tired easily after just walking the upper side of the road...and iam bit of an overthinker and anxious person...what could be the reason?...plz help

You must be investigated thoroughly .At the age of 21,why do you feel so much fatigue. Unable to  get up without support,is not normal. Pl consult Pulmonologist online for necessary investigation and treatment.
