Get Stable Eye No.
I have -2.5 in both eyes, I want to get Lasik done, but Currently I have a lot of work to do & have to see screen for about 5-6 hours/day I'm having good diet & trying to prevent the number from getting beyond How should I keep the number stable? I can't reduce screen time

1) Hi , if your 18 plus and if your powers are stable for period of 1 year you can go ahead and have your lasiks done 2) Secondly it is your growth of your eyeball that decides the change in your power which is not in your hands 3) Only minor factors like screen time  that affects your power , so don't worry

As much as you can follow the below mentioned ways 1) Always wear your glasses (while working on your gadgets) 2) Take small breaks in between like 20 mins once while you see the screen 3) Drink 4-5 litres of water per day 4) Try to blink your eyes more 5) Use reading mode in gadgets or minimal brightness 6) Don't use the gadgets in dark room, work in well lighted room 7) Do push up tests and ORTHOPTIC exercises (you search this in google)
