My father has suffering from paralysis. Right now he is also suffered from having cough and also he is unable to breathe properly. And he is not taking his diet completely and weakness too alot.
He is also on bed.

With the history of stroke it can be because of various causes like aspiration, pneumonia or a simple URTI. Patient will require examination, kindly consult a Pulmonologist.
