I am 28 weeks
pregnant and have gestational
diabetes. First glucose test was near to 180 since then I'm having obimet medicine during lunch and evening I have half of the tablet. Last week reading was fasting 95 and 1.30hrs after food it was 118. Now my doc has asked me to completely avoid rice. So I'm having 3 times a day 2
chapathy with veggies or fish or chicken. Is it really healthy to have chapathy like this? Will it reduce my
sugar? And will my baby be alright with it?
