Well ..you need to have food on time..do not wait till hunger pangs.maintain proper time.  Divide your meal time to small proportions so that you dont over eat..secondly drink lots of water. ..atleast 8-10 glasses per day . thirdly.. You need to stroll for a min of 15 min after each meal...stress,tension,all these are also factors of acidity...avoid outside food, junk and oily food...better to have gone cooked food for few days..thank you

Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....

Firstly, raise head end of your bed by inserting 2 bricks under feet of head side of bed on either side so that you sleep incline with head & chest at a higher level than feet. Secondly, remove red chillies from your food entirely. Thirdly, no spicy food, avoid oily foods. Eat small frequent light meals rather than 3 heavy meals. Fourthly, avoid foods like Rajmah, white chanas, urad dal etc, avoid alcohol. Eat Banana
