Does fundoplication surgery completely cure GERD and does fundoplication is good choice for gerd treatment at the age of 27 and what are side effect and complication of surgery and can be done in pan gastritis patient ...can we have normal life after surgery ?????

Surgery in gerd is indicated only in severe cases for CBR hiatal hernia cases. Yes surgery cures it but reccurrances can still happen. Complications and side effects of the surgery are possible but are rare.
