Gerd and laryngopharyngeal reflux
Having gerd past 2 yrs , for 6 months im having breathless and lightheadedness , vagal stimulation never had heartburn suspecting lpr , no effect of ppi's , suspecting hiatal hernia , how can it be diagnosed?

Hi, Get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out GERD / HIATAL HERNIA
