Gerd and acidity

Having a worrying sensation in chest causing sudden anxiety and heart palpitations. Acid reflux since one month earlier. had burning sensation in stomach. Now that is controlled with antacids. But the reflux is causing a lot of distress still esp at night. Can't sleep even on raised head as the sudden feeling near heart wakes me up. Please advise homeopathy medicine as PPIs seem to be a temporary cure. I am taking very very simple food. Still the problem is there. Also have fluttering feeling from gas. Thanks.
