I have geographic toung problem into last 8 months I am taking vitamin tablet s last three month no use any other treatment required what is permanent solution for this plz help me and whare treatment available in Hyderabad India on tongue patches comes and goes I went ent doctor and dentist also

Geographic tongue is a harmless condition that resolves on its own. However it may keep recurring. Unfortunately there is no particular treatment. If there is discomfort you can use mouth rinses with anestthetic or steroid creams. You can add a bcomplex tablet. However the efficacy of these are not certain.
