Hi! I hope you are doing well, There is no need to worry about it. You can use the technique of token economy with her. For example if she studies or gets good marks she will get reward or anything she wants but should be budgeted, and if she doesn’t study she will get punishment. It's not uncommon for children to face challenges with motivation and studying. It's crucial to approach this situation with understanding and support. Consider having an open and non-judgmental conversation with your 9-year-old to explore any underlying reasons behind her reluctance to study. Mind Sculpt, our counseling service, can provide valuable insights and strategies for both you and your child. It's essential to create a positive and encouraging environment for learning. Find out if there are specific subjects or aspects of studying that she finds challenging or uninteresting. Tailoring the learning experience to her interests may help make education feel less like a task. If the issue persists, collaborating with her teachers and school counselors can offer additional perspectives and support.
