Can use Genteal gel , if you feel better. But better also get your Dry eye evaluation done at nearest eye hospital. Then can find out the reason for your discomfort.

It's better to undergo dry eye evaluation and associated systemic factors which aggravates your condition. You can use Gentel gel . Use Cold Compressions on the eye. Decrease screen time and take 5 minutes break after every 1 hr. Use anti glare and blue cut Spectacles. Consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation.
