  4. Genital warts. The hpv to my partner?

I have a genital warts, it is inside the tip of my penis, but it's not irritating. Is it required to remove it? Or it is okay if I dont? If i removed it or not would I still infect my partner? How can I prevent passing the HPV to my partner?
