Hello. There is some evidence of skin-to-skin transmission of HPV. So, my advice is to err on the side of caution and follow a few precautions.
1. Always sanitize your hands before touching your babies.
2. Keep in touch with your dermatologist and complete the course of medication/treatment that they have prescribed entirely.
3. Talk to your wife's gynecologist and find out the best age at which you can get your children vaccinated against HPV.
