Genital warts
Hey, I got a handjob from prostitute 4 years ago. Last month, I got genital warts near tip of my penis. I applied cream given by dermatologist and it went away in one day. I live with my family and there are 2 small newborn babies. If I touch them , will they get hpv? Is it risky?

Hello. There is some evidence of skin-to-skin transmission of HPV. So, my advice is to err on the side of caution and follow a few precautions. 1. Always sanitize your hands before touching your babies. 2. Keep in touch with your dermatologist and complete the course of medication/treatment that they have prescribed entirely. 3. Talk to your wife's gynecologist and find out the best age at which you can get your children vaccinated against HPV.
