Genital skin not pulling back
Hi,
My penis skin is not pulling back and whenever i try to pull it back my skin cracks on the top and it doesn't hurt while peeing..i am only having trouble with the skin.it's almost been 2 weeks since i got this condition i thought it will go away on its own.
Can i treat this at home?or do i have to go to a doctor.
