Hi, thank you for sharing your concern. you are going through such a difficult time. It sounds like you have been dealing with the physical symptoms of HSV-2 along with anxiety, repeated stress, and feelings of hopelessness for a long time. Please remember that HSV-2 is a manageable medical condition, and many people continue to have healthy relationships and marriages with the right medical care and honest communication. What concerns me most is that you have mentioned having suicidal thoughts. Please do not go through this alone. I would strongly encourage you to consult a psychiatrist and a counselling psychologist as soon as possible. Therapy can help you manage the anxiety, hopelessness, and emotional distress you are experiencing. If you feel that you may act on these thoughts or are unable to keep yourself safe, please tell a trusted family member or friend immediately. You deserve support, and with the right treatment, things can improve. Take care. Dr Namita Ranjan Counselling Psychologist
