Yesterday I bought raw goat meat cooked and eaten. Today my 6 month's old daughter got minute scratch in her feet's small finger . Does this incident can spread rabies infection?

I don't know what you are trying to ask. You ate goat meat, right ? Your daughter got a minute scratch on her small toe, right? Then from where the doubt of Rabies comes? Rabies can be acquired by dog bite. In this case there is neither a dog and nor a bite.
