Depran-L is a combination of Escitalopram 5mg and Clonazepam 0.25mg, and in the given doses of either of the medications, it neither explains the response in OCD nor does it cause the said low energy feeling and low activity levels. In most cases, OCD is associated with secondary depression where you can have feeling of low mood, low activity levels, low interest and tiredness, not feeling like interacting , sleep and appetite disturbances. In such cases, you might need higher than depression doses of SSRIs, in case of Escitalopram, upto 25-30mg.
Next Steps
Kindly consult your psychiatrist or online for further assessment and re-evaluation.
