I have an OCD for Rabies , for which I am taking SSRI drugs. Recently I got a trigger regarding buying, preparing and eating goat meat, while having a minute cut on tongue caused due to my own teeth may spread rabies infection or it is just my OCD. Unable to get clear that it is real or just OCD . Please guide. Thanks.

Could be OCD or could be phobia. What do you do when you get these thoughts? Is there avoidance towards eating meat? What triggers the thoughts? How do these thoughts stop?
