I had done esr which is 28 is it serious issue? I have shoulder pain and headache. I had also done creatinine and serum urea all are ok. I had done cbc but some are abnormal which is MCV 72.5 fl, MCHC is 33.6 gm/dl and RDW is 15.3% except these all things are normal. Doctor tell me eat one egg daily and not to eat sour food. Please advise me . I am worried
