I'm taking medicines from CGHS Dispensary for my phycological problems.but when I purchase same medicines from outside market I feel medicine are more effective...is it correct CGHS Dispensary medicine is not so effective compare to market medicines ... what's the reason clear this.and also from were I continue my medicine from market or CGHS Dispensary..tell me..thanks...!!!

Hello,, I went through your query, the major difference between the generic medicine and other branded medicine of same content is the price. Generic medicines come with lowest possible price for the drug. But in terms of efficacy, if the content is same and dosage is same and formulation is same, both should work with same efficacy. Don't worry, you talk to your doctor regarding this, he may change the brand.
