I am a 22 year old female and I'm on medications like Nexito ls and Ciplar 20 at this age. Is it normal? Are there any side effects or long term issues that might have. Can we take it for months.

I hope you didn't start these medicines as a part of self medication.
These medicines are taken under the advice of a General Physician or a Psychiatrist.
Surely you don't go to a Doctor when you are "normal".

Nexito LS is prescribed for Anxiety.
Ciplar 20 is also prescribed for Anxiety but it is also used to treat Hypertension, Heart attack, Chest pain, for prevention of migraine etc.
If you are having any of the above mentioned symptoms then doctor might prescribe you Nexito LS or Ciplar 20 which is quite normal since we need treat your symptoms.
Yes the medications do have side effects like Tiredness, Weakness, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, confusion etc and you might experience it on long term use but usually these are temporary side effects which subsides on stopping the medications once treatment is completed.
Also the above mentioned side effects can also be managed through other medications as and when required depending on the symptoms.
My suggestion would be to:
Reduce stress and tension if any
Do Affirmative Meditation
Do Regular free hand exercise atleast for 30 minutes
Take plenty of fluids
Regularise sleep for 6 hours
Eat healthy
And lastly stay happy.
