General query about cold and fever
I went out today for some work. There was sudden rainfall and I got fully drenched. Traveled like that in scooty for almost half an hour before I could return home.
Pls suggest any precautions that I should take because I have a tendency of catching cold and fever.
I had a hot shower (did not wet my head, as I was wearing helmet while traveling) after returning home.
