No you don't need to worry about HIV or RABIS it's not spread like this but... It's not a hygienic condition... Ther are chance of other disease may be spread...

Not hiv or rabies.
But yes other blood borne infections like hepatitis and bacterias from contaminated wounds like staph or e coli may spread.
