General query
6-7 months back I discovered a gallbladder polyp of 2.9mm, i am an active exercising person, diet is good and healthy, no junk food. Last year my stomach issues started, during an usg polyp was found. Later during endoscopy it was found h pylori was the culprit for most of the issues.. so want to know, as h pylori affects/alters the fat metabolism, can that be a cause of why the polyp appeared?

No ...gall bladder polyps are not because of h pylori infection . It's likely that you were having acute Abdomen pain (because of gastritis likely) which on endoscopy came out to be due to H pylori infection . And on USG abdomen : polyp that you got in GB is just an incidental finding and nothing more .
Next Steps
1)repeat USG abdomen every 12monthly to check any growth in size of polyp : if anytime size is above 1cm : consult a General surgeon and ask about any need of GB removal 2) complete course of antibiotics for h pylori

When you got to know about H.pylori being positive for you, haven't you taken treatment for the same? What are the symptoms you are facing right now?

Some asymptomatic polyps could be left like that as they shrink on their own n this one is very small in size.
