General Doubts about COVID vaccines
Hello doctor,
I have some doubts against COVID vaccine I hope I can get some relevant answers I want to ask that I got vaccinated with first dose of covaxin so much I have protected with first dose and how much protection will I get after second dose. And some vaccines says that they have 91 efficacy and covaxin have 81% efficacy so what does that means

It implies the effectivity of vaccine against virus ...81 percent people or 91 percent people got protection against virus ....But all 3 vaccines are almost equally effective in preventing complications ....

In reality, You have 100% chances of infection even after taking 2 doses. But if you are vaccinated properly the severity of the disease will reduce.
Theoretically efficacy of X% means that you are unlikely to be infected by covid by x%
