I recently did my general health checkup and found that i have Vitamin b12 and Vitamin D deficiency. My Homocystine levels are a bit high and so is cholesterol. Need advice.

Hello..... For deficiency of vitamin d and b 13 you can take supplements..  For mild deficiency tablets are sufficient for high deficiency injection is required ... Increased homocystein is metabolic disorder related  to enzyme deficiency.. Consult general physician with  report...
