Hello Sire / Mam
I am a working professional based in Mumbai. Been living as a guy but from few years desperately wanting to become a female. I have been crossdressing from 2 years. I love to even see myself as a female. I love the feel of best undergarments with all my women's wear collection in my wardrobe. I am loving the girlhood I am living currently. I now want to have a curvy figure of a girl and would like to be born again.
Kindly help me out or suggest me the first move I should seek to achieve, I desire.
Thank You

Hi
Whatever the situation you are passing through its obvious and nothing wrong in it but to clarify the situation and condition you need to connect with Doctor for further information for biological assessment and with psychologist to identify causes and triggers in real time to establish a right mental state for sexual orientation.
Next Steps
Connect with Doctor and Psychologists for realistic assessment and information
Health Tips
Try to connect backwardly and identify the trigger of this situation whether it was there or sudden changes in orientation or any kind of experience trigger it.
Hi,
an in-depth analysis of sexuality & interest would help us to get clarity. Discussion about thoughts feelings, current situation , past is needed understand ourself
Thank you take care
While exploring your sexual identity, I would suggest you to get two assessments done - one from the angle of your sexual orientation mentally and the other physically. As a first step, you may consult an experienced psychologist and get a fair picture of your current state of mind to ascertain if it really is because of your different sexual identity or if it is just an obsession with the other sex. Once this assessment gets over, and if you are quite convinced that you need to change your sexuality, the next step could be to visit a doctor (probably a urologist) to begin with and get guided on moving forward to deal with the matter of a change in your sexual identity.
Gender Identity is something natural and it's good that you are exploring yourself. Definitely a good therapist working for LGBTQI can help you to navigate through these emotions. Also they can give you proper guidance about the process further
Next Steps
Consult a therapist expert in dealing with LGBTQI population
Health Tips
Just accept yourself unconditionally and love yourself
It's indeed very good that you are able to understand and also voice out what you want. You could actually start writing about what all you would like to do.You could find a community where you could meet others who think and feel like you do, to be heard and understood.
Next Steps
It is very natural to want to feel accepted and heard by yourself and others.
Health Tips
Please be compassionate towards yourself, all the best.
Hello!
I understand that you identify yourself as a female. I also understand the struggle that you might have gone through while living like a male. We cannot go back in time to change that, but yes we can work on ourself now, so that we dont feel trapped anymore.
Kindly get in touch with a psychologist/ counsellor near you do discuss more about your desire to lead a life as a female. The counsellor will also help you in dealing with the day to day struggles that you might face in the society, while you decide to live the life that you are choosing for yourself.
Stay strong and take care!
