GCT(Tendon sheath of Right Index Finger)

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have a problem with right index finger ie I cant bent it fully. now after doing MRI of both hand found that I have GCT in tendon sheath of right index finger. Previously I had a problem due to high uric acid joint pain/swelling mainly in hand/arm. What should I do? if OT required then which type Surgeon needed? Where can I get Best Surgeon in this Field? I am from Kolkata. any alternative treatment available other than OT?
