Need to rule out causes other than stones. Ct scan may be needed. A good quality ULTRASOUND Should be done first. Surgery will b needed but only after confirmation of cause.

It can be an adherent stone or a polyp No mention about acoustic shadow. Should consult a surgeon and if needed repeat the ultrasound again. MRCP (Magnetic Resonance) may be needed.
