I was suffering from gastrointestinal troubles from lot of days. Half an hour or one-hour after a meal, my stomach starts grumbling and gas comes out. I tried relieving the gas in the morning itself by many ways but couldn't. This is causing serious trouble and I'm not able to stay anywhere outside of the home. Added to this from three days my stomach started paining and also I'm affected slightly by diarrhea. The pain in the stomach will not last for longer. It's only there severely for a minute or two and out goes off. And most importantly three is always a feeling in the gut to go to toilet for motion. Can you please help me out to get rid of these problems...
